Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 24, May 2021

Guests-

Each event organizer has its policy about exchanges, refunds and voids and should be contacted directly for such requests.

If the event is canceled, the event organizer shall refund the guest for the full price paid for the ticket including any fees paid by the guest, including, but not limited to, Stripe Processing Fees, Ticketing Fees and Streaming Fees. All refunds issued to guests must be done via the same method as the original purchase.

If the event is rescheduled, your originally issued Ticket and or StreamPass will be valid for the newly scheduled date and time. The event organizer is not required to issue refunds for rescheduled events.

If, for whatever reason, the event organizer needs to switch an in person event to a livestreamed event, the original in person ticket will be reissued as a StreamPass. The in person event will be considered rescheduled and not canceled for the purposes of this Refund Policy.

Event producers may deny admission for reasonable cause.
