As the operators of the website BookTixLive.eu and all subsidiary sites (“Website”), BookTix Europe Limited, (” We”, “Us” “BookTix”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) (together with any other documents referred to therein) will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our Website.
We are an online application provider who provides ticketing and livestreaming solutions to venue owners and event organizers, (“Clients”). Our Clients use our online application to sell tickets to their guests, (“Ticket Buyers”). As defined by the GDPR, when we collect personal data from Our Client, they are the data subject, and We are the data controller. When the Ticket Buyer submits personal data to Us when they purchase their tickets from Our Clients, the Ticket Buyer is the data subject, Our Client is the data controller, and We are the data processor. Please note that if you are a Ticket Buyer whose personal data is processed by a Client, you should direct any inquiries in relation to their processing of your personal data, and your rights in respect of the same, to the relevant Client.

Other than as set out above, and whatever is necessary in order for Us to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and Us, We will not share your data with third parties unless We have procured your express consent to do so.
HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For Clients
Our Company securely stores your Client data in Zoho CRM; and within the BookTix Live platform.
Our Company will keep your Personal data for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, if you are no longer an active client in BookTix we will delete your data.
Any video files uploaded to your media library will be automatically deleted 48 hours after your last scheduled AutoStream.
For Ticket Buyers
Our Company securely stores your data in the BookTix Live Platform.
Our system will store this information indefinitely, if you would like your data removed please see bellow under Data Protection Rights.
As a data processor, we may appoint sub-processors to process Customer Data in connection with the provision of the Service, in which case we will ensure that our contracts with our sub-processors impose on the sub-processors obligations that are equivalent to the obligations to which we are subject to under this section and that we will be responsible for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors in respect of their handling of Customer Data.
