Our Company will keep your data for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, if you are no longer an active client in BookTix we will delete your data.
As a data processor, we may appoint sub-processors to process Customer Data in connection with the provision of the Service, in which case we will ensure that our contracts with our sub-processors impose on the sub-processors obligations that are equivalent to the obligations to which we are subject to under this section and that we will be responsible for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors in respect of their handling of Customer Data.
